Some people contribute with their hard skills which require enough technical expertise like coding, designing, writing, etc. while others may contribute through their soft skills like effective communication, leadership, creativity, problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical skills, etc.

While we have separate guilds for people contributing with their hard skills, we have clubbed all contributions done with soft skills under the problem-solving category. Because at the end with these skills, all you are doing is working on a problem which is an issue to be addressed or a condition to be improved to reach the desired goal/state.
