Step by step process for design guild
- Create tasks and assign how many points one can earn by completing the task
- Assign a person to the task
- Tracking of task using a project management tool (mostly by BIP)
- current ongoing tasks
- pending tasks
- completed tasks
- point assigned
- issue NFTs
- git like history of changes
- Once a task is completed mark the task as complete
- Design guild freeze finalize points for all the design points at the end of the month
- Guild will approve points monthly (let’s say last Friday of the month)
- 2 days time to raise any objections or changes by anyone
- Resolve and freeze points within 48 hours of the objection period
This is a rough framework design guild can use to distribute points
The max point that can be earned by doing the highest level task is 100. And the points can only be given in multiples of 10.
